Crickexx একটি Bangladesh-focused informational এবং gambling-awareness website। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো online casino, betting, gambling-related scam, legal risk এবং recovery সম্পর্কে নির্ভরযোগ্য, সহজবোধ্য ও সতর্কতামূলক তথ্য প্রকাশ করা।
এই Editorial Policy ব্যাখ্যা করে আমরা কীভাবে content নির্বাচন, research, fact-check, review, update এবং publish করি।
1. আমাদের Editorial Mission
Crickexx-এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য gambling promote করা নয়।
আমরা এমন content প্রকাশ করি যা বাংলাদেশি পাঠকদের সাহায্য করে:
- online casino ও betting-এর ঝুঁকি বুঝতে;
- scam ও fraud চিনতে;
- platform-related claim যাচাই করতে;
- Bangladesh gambling law সম্পর্কে জানতে;
- gambling-related ক্ষতি ও warning signs বুঝতে;
- gambling থেকে দূরে থাকা বা recovery শুরু করার educational guidance পেতে।
আমাদের editorial priority হলো awareness, safety, evidence এবং transparency।
2. Content Categories
Crickexx মূলত পাঁচটি category-তে content প্রকাশ করে:
Casino Warning
Online casino ও gambling-এর আর্থিক, পারিবারিক, behavioral এবং সামাজিক ক্ষতি নিয়ে awareness content।
Scam Alerts
Fake betting website, scam app, agent fraud, phishing, payment fraud, withdrawal scam এবং related online threats নিয়ে সতর্কতামূলক content।
Platform Reviews
Bangladesh-এ search করা হয় এমন casino ও betting platform নিয়ে risk-focused, non-promotional analysis।
BD Law
Bangladesh-এর gambling, online betting এবং related legal developments সহজ ভাষায় ব্যাখ্যা করা।
Help & Recovery
Gambling থেকে দূরে থাকতে চান এমন ব্যক্তি ও তাদের পরিবারের জন্য educational guidance।
3. আমরা কী Publish করি না
Crickexx কোনো ধরনের gambling promotional content প্রকাশ করে না।
আমরা প্রকাশ করি না:
- casino বা betting signup guide;
- referral code;
- gambling affiliate link;
- bonus promotion;
- deposit tutorial;
- “best casino” recommendation;
- betting strategy;
- winning system;
- gambling tips;
- “guaranteed profit” বা similar claim;
- odds-based recommendation;
- gambling participation উৎসাহিত করে এমন CTA।
কোনো platform-এর নাম ব্যবহার করা হলে সেটি informational, review, safety, legal বা awareness context-এ ব্যবহার করা হয়।
4. Evidence-First Editorial Standard
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ factual claim প্রকাশ করার আগে আমরা যতটা সম্ভব reliable source দিয়ে তথ্য যাচাই করি।
Source priority সাধারণত:
- Bangladesh Government-এর official website
- Official law, gazette, ministry, regulator বা government authority
- University, academic বা peer-reviewed research
- Reputable Bangladesh news organization
- Recognized international authority বা research institution
Bangladesh-specific বিষয়ে local authoritative source অগ্রাধিকার পায়।
International source তখন ব্যবহার করা হয় যখন research quality বা subject expertise বেশি শক্তিশালী।
5. Source ও Citation Policy
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ factual claim-এর কাছে natural inline citation বা source link ব্যবহার করা হয়।
Sources শুধু SEO-এর জন্য যোগ করা হয় না।
একটি source অবশ্যই:
- সংশ্লিষ্ট claim support করতে হবে;
- publicly accessible বা verifiable হতে হবে;
- misleading context-এ ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
Article-এর শেষে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Sources section রাখা হয়, যেখানে সাধারণত সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ 3–6টি source উল্লেখ করা হয়।
6. Fact, Claim ও Opinion আলাদা রাখা
Crickexx-এর অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ editorial rule হলো verified fact এবং claim আলাদা করে দেখানো।
বিশেষ করে Platform Review ও Scam Alert-এ আমরা আলাদা করি:
- independently verified information;
- platform-এর নিজস্ব দাবি;
- user-reported complaint;
- media report;
- allegation;
- independently verify করা যায়নি এমন information।
কোনো user complaint মানেই সেটি proven fact নয়।
যা স্বাধীনভাবে verify করা যায়নি, তা নিশ্চিত সত্য হিসেবে লেখা হবে না।
7. Platform Review Standard
Platform Review-এর উদ্দেশ্য promotion নয়।
প্রতিটি review-এ যতটা সম্ভব দেখা হয়:
- platform identity;
- ownership information;
- licence claim;
- public complaints;
- withdrawal/payment concerns;
- fake app বা clone-domain risk;
- Bangladesh legal context;
- consumer safety concerns।
Reliable evidence ছাড়া কোনো platform-কে “scam”, “fraud” বা অন্য গুরুতর label দেওয়া হবে না।
8. Anonymous Real-Life Stories
Crickexx gambling-related ক্ষতির anonymous real-life story publish করতে পারে।
এই ধরনের story Rakkam নিজে সংগ্রহ, review এবং edit করেন।
Privacy protection-এর জন্য:
- নাম পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে;
- ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা বা account information প্রকাশ করা হবে না;
- identifying detail বাদ দেওয়া হতে পারে;
- non-essential detail পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে;
- language clarity-এর জন্য story edit করা হতে পারে।
যেখানে প্রয়োজন, basic verification করা হয়।
আমরা কোনো story sensationalize করি না এবং evidence ছাড়া কোনো ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে serious allegation publish করি না।
9. Corrections Policy
আমরা accurate content প্রকাশ করার চেষ্টা করি। তারপরও factual error হতে পারে।
যদি কোনো substantive mistake পাওয়া যায়:
- ভুল তথ্য review করা হবে;
- প্রয়োজন হলে article correction করা হবে;
- Last Updated date পরিবর্তন করা হবে;
- গুরুত্বপূর্ণ correction হলে correction note যোগ করা হতে পারে।

10. Content Update ও Freshness
Law, platform status, scam technique এবং regulatory information দ্রুত পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
তাই:

content সাধারণত অন্তত প্রতি 90 দিনে একবার review করার লক্ষ্য রাখা হয়।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ law, platform বা regulatory change হলে scheduled review-এর আগেই update করা হতে পারে।
Casino Warning এবং Help & Recovery ধরনের evergreen content প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এবং সাধারণত অন্তত বছরে একবার review করা হয়।

11. AI-Assisted Editorial Work
Crickexx research, outlining, drafting বা editorial workflow-এর কিছু অংশে AI-based tools ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
তবে AI output সরাসরি publish করা Crickexx-এর editorial standard নয়।
Publish হওয়ার আগে content:
- human review করা হয়;
- factual claim যাচাই করা হয়;
- source check করা হয়;
- misleading wording বাদ দেওয়া হয়;
- Crickexx-এর editorial policy অনুযায়ী edit করা হয়।
Final editorial responsibility Rakkam এবং Crickexx-এর।
AI কোনো fabricated fact, citation, experience বা authority claim তৈরি করলে সেটি publish করা যাবে না।
12. Author Transparency
Crickexx-এর primary author Rakkam।
Rakkam গত কয়েক বছর ধরে নিজের আশপাশে online betting-এর ক্ষতি পর্যবেক্ষণ ও বিষয়টি নিয়ে নিয়মিত বিশ্লেষণ করছেন।
তবে তিনি নিজেকে lawyer, doctor, psychologist, financial adviser বা licensed addiction professional হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করেন না।

13. Legal, Health ও Recovery Content

এগুলো professional:

এর বিকল্প নয়।

14. Advertising ও Editorial Independence
Crickexx future-এ Google AdSense এবং অন্যান্য non-gambling advertising ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
Advertising editorial decision influence করবে না।
Advertiser:
- article topic নির্ধারণ করবে না;
- review outcome পরিবর্তন করবে না;
- positive coverage কিনতে পারবে না;
- negative information suppress করতে পারবে না।
Advertising এবং editorial content যতটা সম্ভব স্পষ্টভাবে আলাদা রাখা হবে।
15. Sponsored Content
Crickexx future-এ non-gambling sponsored content গ্রহণ করতে পারে।
Sponsored content গ্রহণ করা হলেও:
- gambling/casino/betting promotion গ্রহণ করা হবে না;
- sponsorship স্পষ্টভাবে disclose করা হবে;
- sponsor factual conclusion dictate করতে পারবে না;
- content reader safety-এর বিরুদ্ধে যেতে পারবে না;
- misleading claim publish করা হবে না।
Paid relationship থাকলে সেটি reader-এর কাছ থেকে গোপন করা হবে না।
16. Conflict of Interest
Crickexx gambling affiliate program বা casino referral program-এ অংশ নেয় না।
Platform Review লিখতে গিয়ে কোনো commercial relationship থাকলে তা disclose করতে হবে।
বর্তমান editorial policy অনুযায়ী gambling platform review-এর outcome কোনো financial incentive দ্বারা প্রভাবিত হবে না।
17. No Promotion Policy
Crickexx-এর editorial content কখনো gambling participation বাড়ানোর উদ্দেশ্যে লেখা হয় না।

Research tool, AI tool, external source বা third-party report ব্যবহার করা হলেও publish করার সিদ্ধান্ত এবং final presentation-এর দায়িত্ব Crickexx-এর।
