আপনি আমাদের email করতে পারেন:

Real-Life Story Share করতে চাইলে
Online betting বা casino-এর কারণে আপনার বা পরিচিত কারও বাস্তব ক্ষতির অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে awareness purpose-এ আমাদের সঙ্গে share করতে পারেন।
Story publish করার আগে আমরা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী তথ্য review ও edit করতে পারি।
Privacy রক্ষার জন্য:
- নাম গোপন রাখা যেতে পারে;
- phone number প্রকাশ করা হবে না;
- address বা identifying information বাদ দেওয়া হতে পারে;
- account number, transaction ID বা sensitive financial information public করা হবে না।
Story পাঠানোর সময় আপনি চাইলে শুরুতেই উল্লেখ করতে পারেন যে আপনার পরিচয় সম্পূর্ণ anonymous রাখতে হবে।
Screenshot বা Document পাঠালে
Scam, payment issue বা অন্য কোনো বিষয়ে evidence হিসেবে screenshot বা document পাঠাতে চাইলে sensitive information আগে hide বা blur করার পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি।
বিশেষ করে public বা unnecessaryভাবে share করবেন না:
- password;
- OTP;
- PIN;
- full bank account number;
- card information;
- NID number;
- passport details;
- private login information;
- অন্য কোনো sensitive personal data।
Crickexx কখনো email-এর মাধ্যমে আপনার gambling account password, OTP বা payment PIN চাইবে না।
Scam বা Platform Report
কোনো betting website, casino app, fake agent বা suspicious payment request সম্পর্কে তথ্য দিলে যতটা সম্ভব context দিন।
Useful information হতে পারে:
- platform বা website-এর নাম;
- website URL;
- ঘটনার সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণ;
- কী ধরনের দাবি করা হয়েছিল;
- relevant screenshot;
- ঘটনার আনুমানিক তারিখ।
তবে কোনো ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে serious allegation করলে available evidence ছাড়া সেটিকে verified fact হিসেবে publish করা হবে না।
Gambling Account বা Payment Support
Crickexx কোনো casino বা betting platform-এর customer support নয়।
আমরা:
- deposit process করি না;
- withdrawal করে দিই না;
- gambling account unlock করি না;
- password reset করি না;
- betting dispute settle করি না;
- agent-এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করিয়ে দিই না;
- কোনো casino বা betting transaction পরিচালনা করি না।
আপনার কোনো third-party platform account বা payment issue থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট platform, payment provider বা appropriate authority-এর official support channel ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
Editorial Corrections
আমাদের কোনো article-এ ভুল বা outdated information দেখতে পেলে email করুন।
যদি correction request credible source দিয়ে support করা যায়, আমরা information review করব এবং প্রয়োজন হলে article update করব।
Important correction হলে article-এর Last Updated information-ও পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে।
Privacy Request
Crickexx-এর কাছে আপনার কোনো personal information আছে বলে মনে হলে privacy-related request পাঠাতে পারেন:

Request-এর nature অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে identity verification চাওয়া হতে পারে, যাতে অন্য কারও information unauthorizedভাবে disclose বা delete না হয়।
Response Time
আমরা সাধারণত 3–5 business days-এর মধ্যে reply করার চেষ্টা করি।
তবে complex editorial review, source verification বা legal/privacy-related request-এর ক্ষেত্রে response দিতে কিছুটা বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
